  • Jason Swanson, Integration

Jason loves to ask questions and get stuff done. Equal parts curious and tenacious, Jason is passionate about bringing the best out of anything. He serves as the Operations Director at Reality San Francisco Church where he's been able use his skills to develop systems, lead people and champion initiatives.

Jason is married to Sarah where they live in San Francisco with their three kids. They are active foster parents and love creating safe and warm places for people to feel known, seen, and loved. Jason and Sarah have both been blessed radical ways and seek to pass that forward with the way they live their lives.

Chesed found her niche with staffing and coaching. In this role, she led the charge to identify, interview and hire the team that God is still using to make history there at every level of the organization, from pastoral, operational, and technical roles. | Her experience at Life.Church and in her role at Slingshot have allowed her to build a strong understanding of the multi-site church model, employee engagement, organizational health and structure, as well as an evident talent for filling roles in multiple ministry areas.
